Update to game and devlog test

This post is mostly so I can learn how to use the devlog feature. The game is still not 100% finished, but I added missing sound effects and audio such as music that was supposed to play when activating the truck lights. Also adjusted some assets and collision, and added a few missing assets for decorating the maps. Also added a small visual/dialogue event near the end of the game that does not affect gameplay, this event was removed before the game jam deadline because I didn't fix all bugs which resulted in nothing happening for a long segment near the end of the game. Also added options to change resolution on the main screen. I will try to fix any bugs as I learn about them. Thanks for reading!
